Artisans are aspiring savants in their field, striving for success. They are ambitious minds, driven by a thirst to expand their horizons. They channel their abilities into a specific field of expertise, allowing them to captivate audiences, express themselves, and make use of their diverse talents. Their only limit lies with their creativity.
Choose an Artist’s Tool; it comes with its own unique actions that consume Medium on use.
Depending on your Artist’s Tool, Medium can come in the form of film, paint, clay, ink, etc. It’s up to you and your GM to determine how much a single Medium quantifies as, how to acquire it, and how much you may start with.

You spend a session of time producing a painting. You may either continue working on an existing painting or create a new one.
A period of consecutive time spent working on a painting is called a session. You may keep a session going for as long as you’d like, so long as your environment or status doesn’t impede your ability to paint.
After each full hour in a session, roll your Proficiency die. Add the result of this roll to the painting’s value.
For every consecutive hour in a session, add another Proficiency die to the roll.
(2 dice after 2 hrs, 3 dice after 3 hrs, etc.)
When you start a new painting, you add it to your inventory as a common standard item weighing 3 units and worth 1 fortune.

Bold Palate
Tier I – Culinary Arts Trait
You may select an available dish from your Recipes and prepare a meal that can invigorate your party, requiring 1 hour of your time and a number of ingredients. You prepare a number of dishes equal to the number of ingredients used.
Ingredients can come in the form of edible items like meats, fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, etc. A single apple may be worth 1 ingredient, whereas 1kg of venison may be worth 5 ingredients. It’s up to the GM’s discretion to determine what constitutes an ingredient and its worth.
You start with Recipes: Vol. I, but unlock later volumes at higher levels. You unlock Vol. II at level 4, Vol. III at level 7, and Vol. IV at level 10.
Recipes: Vol. I
Tier I – Culinary Arts Trait
Each dish is a common standard item, weighing 1 unit and worth 5 fortune; as an action, it costs 1 AP to consume or feed to a willing target within reach.
A dish’s effectiveness is equal to your Knowledge score + your Proficiency die. Differing effects may overlap, but identical effects do not stack.
HEARTY DISH. Reduces the next instance of incoming physical damage by the dish’s effectiveness.
TENDER DISH. Grants a bonus to the next saving throw equal to the dish’s effectiveness.
ZESTY DISH. Boosts the next Movement action with a bonus to Speed equal to the dish’s effectiveness.
DECADENT DISH. Restores HP equal to the dish’s effectiveness.

While two splatters of a matching color exist at one time, they become linked and a gateway is created.
Once a gateway is established, the two splatters become see-through, allowing anyone to look into one splatter to view the area around its linked splatter, like a portal. While the gateway remains intact, any character or object that enters one splatter will exit its counterpart.

Based on what your GM interpreted your drawing to depict, you experience one of the following effects:
PORTRAIT. If your drawing was interpreted to be a some kind of living being, you sense the path toward that living being’s nearest location within range.
LANDSCAPE. If your drawing was interpreted to be some kind of environment, you sense the path toward the nearest location most similar to it.

You bribe a target within range, placing it under a spell and asking it to name its price for loyalty. If it fails a WIL SAVE, it must answer truthfully.
It may name an abstract concept as a price, like ownership of your soul or the life of a beloved friend. The interpretation and results of paying the price are determined by the GM.
If you cannot afford its price or the target doesn’t understand you, this action automatically fails.
If you are willing to pay its asking price, the price is added as a cost to perform this action and the target becomes considered a willing target to you and your allies for the next 30 seconds.
After the effects expire, ongoing effects that require a willing target end if the target is unwilling, and it gets to keep the added cost you spent on this action.
